Dear Ron,
I still remember my very first out job task to the High Court with the team, Ron included. I was extremely nervous, but Ron just made it all look so easy. I even ended up with a souvenir that turned my busy day around with a smile.
Even during our last chat about him staying overnight for Air Con maintenance, he was hoping it would finally get sorted so he wouldn't get bored scrolling through endless YouTube. Your easygoing nature made everything so much easier.
